Extension data
Bet Blocker processes page signals in your browser so it can find and hide gambling advertising. It does not send browsing history, page content, or analytics to us.
Your protection settings are stored with Chrome using chrome.storage.sync. These settings can include your sensitivity choice, display preference, allowlist, custom domains, custom keywords, custom selectors, blocked-item totals, and a short list of recently blocked site hostnames. Chrome may sync this data between devices signed in to the same Chrome profile.
- You can review, export, reset, or delete these settings from the extension options page.
- Custom settings remain in your browser unless Chrome sync is enabled for your profile.
Website and account data
The public website stores your language choice in local browser storage. If you choose to use account features, the authentication and release service may process your email address, account identifier, selected language, release-download records, and payment records when payment features are available.
These account services use Supabase for authentication and data storage. Payment processing, when enabled, is handled by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.
Support messages
If you use the support form, we store your account identifier, category, message, optional website address, language, and submission/resolution times in Supabase so the owner can review your request. Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive information. This is information you choose to submit; the extension does not automatically send browsing activity.
Messages are eligible for deletion 14 days after submission or 7 days after resolution, whichever comes first. Cleanup runs hourly. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection, which processes technical browser and connection information. We do not store Turnstile tokens or IP addresses with your message. Limits and availability may require you to use the support email instead. Form submissions are reviewed in Supabase; no automatic notification email is sent. Messages you choose to send directly by email are handled separately from the form database and its deletion schedule.
Website analytics and advertising
If you accept Analytics in the website privacy controls, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits to public pages on nirandr.com. We send a public page path and a fixed page name, without URL queries, fragments or referrers. Account pages and extension browsing/blocking activity are excluded. Google may process technical information such as browser/device information and approximate location from the connection.
Your Analytics choice is saved locally for up to 180 days. Use Privacy settings on any page to accept or reject; withdrawing consent removes Analytics cookies and reloads the page to stop the tag. Rejection does not affect sign-in, payment or downloads. These controls cover Google Analytics only: the website also loads an X advertising/conversion tag independently, which can send website and browser information to X. These website tags are separate from the extension.
Your choices
You can change the extension settings at any time, clear activity totals, export your configuration, or reset the extension from its options page. You can also remove the extension through Chrome.
For help with account information or a privacy request, use the support contact on this site when one is available.
